My experience at Cartime Rochdale was positive because the salesperson, Ally, was very approachable, friendly and helpful, fully explaining all offers and potential add ons that I could purchase for my vehicle.

I would recommend Cartime Rochdale to friends and family because there are so many makes and models to choose from, all at very competitive prices, and you are not pressured or hassled when you arrive, very pleasant experience, thanks guys

My experience at Cartime Rochdale could have been better because initial excellent experience prior to buying the car , but customer service after purchase was very poor, I will explain, two days after purchase the valet service app came on the infotainment screen and I couldn’t turn it off, after various phone calls to Cartime this problem has still not been resolved,valet mode means no radio no display to inform me of my battery percentage no sat nav, basically the screen locked me out of all information, Cartime informed me to travel to Kia service garages which I did, I went to Stockport and to Warrington but to no avail, they then told me to ring Kia myself to try and resolve this, but at the time of writing this testimonial it is still not resolved after a week, I feel that Cartime should have taken the car back and they should have fixed this problem not asking me to drive all over the North West to try and get it fixed, paid cash for the car and took out £2,000 lifetime warranty, to put it mildly I am very disappointed with their after sales policy

I was pleased with Cartime Rochdale and would recommend them because the whole process from looking at the car to taking delivery was spot on. big thanks to moncef for looking after us through the whole process. 5 stars to Cartime rochdale.

My experience at Cartime Rochdale could have been better because I was told the car had apple play as advertised and been promised to get this fixed however cartime Rochdale has not got back to me on this and I will be contacting the ombudsman.
